Whether you want an unmedicated birth, an epidural, or a planned cesarean, your birth is YOURS. We firmly and fiercely believe in your autonomy. Birth Doula support isn't about telling you what you should do. It's about letting you know what you CAN do.

Your step-by-step path to emotional wellness, confident parenting, and deep connection—before, during, and after birth.

Wild Wonders Doula doesn't just offer doula care. We offer a trauma-informed, heart-centered journey designed to reduce the risk of postpartum mood disorders (PMADs) like anxiety, depression, and psychosis so you can feel like yourself again and bond fully with your baby.

PHASE ONE: Laying the Groundwork

Prenatal Planning & Emotional Preparation

We begin with gentle preparation, focused not just on birth logistics but on emotional wellness and real-life support. This is where we set expectations, name fears, and build your postpartum safety net.

  • PMAD risk review and prevention strategies
  • Evidence-based birth planning
  • Nervous system tools for labor & beyond
  • Partner/relationship support
  • Building your support village

PHASE TWO: Tending the Storm

Labor Support & Immediate Postpartum Grounding

Birth is a powerful transition. During labor and the early postpartum hours, I offer hands-on support and emotional grounding—holding space for your strength and your softness as you cross into new territory.

Includes:

  • Continuous labor and birth support
  • Gentle advocacy & communication help
  • Emotional debrief
  • Early PMAD symptom awareness

PHASE THREE: Rooting Into Recovery

Postpartum Support & Emotional Integration

Here’s where we really tend the soil. These sessions focus on healing, identity, bonding, and emotional wellness—so you can grow with intention, not just survive.

Postpartum is more than baby snuggles. It’s a massive emotional and identity shift accompanied by mom guily, hormonal challenges, and mood disorders.  

I specialize in gentle, judgment-free support for parents navigating the messy middle of new parenthood, especially those dealing with postpartum mood disorders like anxiety, depression, rage, and PTSD. Whether it’s 3 a.m. tears, sensory overload, or just needing a nap and a meal that isn’t cold, I’ve got you.

Includes:

  • PMAD screening and wellness check-ins
  • Processing birth, identity shifts, & relationships
  • Bonding support and baby-care confidence
  • Gentle structure for rest, nourishment, and peace
  • Referrals if further support is needed

Goal: Stay steady as you grow—into your new role, your new rhythm, and your whole self.
